Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Iconic Softwares website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of our services.
Services Description
Iconic Softwares provides software development, design, AI engineering, and consulting services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined in individual project agreements or statements of work. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.
User Obligations
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not misuse our website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, transmit harmful content, or infringe on any intellectual property rights.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom deliverables produced exclusively for their project. Iconic Softwares retains rights to underlying frameworks, libraries, and pre-existing tools. We may display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of issue. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge. Work may be paused on accounts with outstanding balances exceeding 60 days.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iconic Softwares shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, client shall pay for all work completed to date. Iconic Softwares may terminate services immediately for material breach or non-payment.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New York County. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
